Refund Policy

At Guwahati Electro Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver exceptional repair services for your home appliances. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with our service, we have a transparent and fair refund policy to address your concerns.

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
  • The service was not performed as agreed upon or described.
  • The appliance remains non-functional due to negligence on our part.
  • The parts replaced are found to be defective and were under warranty.
  • Cancellation of service prior to commencement.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following instances:

  • Issues arise due to customer negligence, misuse, or improper handling of the appliance after the repair.
  • The repair service is fully completed, and the appliance is in working condition as agreed upon.
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as unavailability of parts.
  • If the customer refuses to allow our technicians to verify or resolve the reported issue.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps to submit your request:

  1. Contact Us:
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Service invoice number.
    • A detailed explanation of the issue.
    • Any relevant documentation or evidence (e.g., photos or videos of the appliance issue).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Refund Resolution

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the transaction. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • For cash payments, refunds will be issued in cash or bank transfer, as per mutual agreement.

5. Service Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service:

  • Before Technician Arrival: No cancellation fees will apply, and a full refund will be processed.
  • After Technician Arrival: A nominal fee for technician visit and diagnosis may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Replacement Parts Warranty

Any parts replaced during the service are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period:

  • We will replace the part free of charge.
  • Refunds for parts will only be provided if a replacement is unavailable.
